Lingerie Returns and Exchanges
At SLVY, we design lingerie, sexy sleepwear, body chains, and temporary tattoo products with comfort, confidence, and personal expression in mind. Because many of our products are intimate or come into close contact with the skin, we take hygiene and product safety seriously.
For this reason, most SLVY products are not eligible for lingerie returns or exchanges. Please carefully review product details, size information, and product photos before placing your order.
Our Lingerie Return Policy
Due to the intimate nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.
This lingerie return policy applies to intimate apparel and other products that are worn on or applied to the body, including:
- Lingerie and lingerie sets
- Teddy lingerie and bodysuits
- Babydolls and chemises
- Sexy sleepwear and nightwear
- Panties
- Plus size lingerie and sleepwear
- Body chains and other intimate accessories
- Temporary and sexy fake tattoo products
We cannot resell intimate products once they have been worn, tried on, opened, or applied to the body. This helps us maintain appropriate hygiene standards and protect every customer’s safety.
When Can I Request a Replacement?
Although we do not normally accept lingerie returns, we want to make sure you receive the product you ordered in good condition.
If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, significant damage, or the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible. After reviewing the issue, we may provide a replacement or another appropriate solution.
Examples of eligible issues may include:
- The item arrives damaged or defective.
- The product has a significant manufacturing flaw.
- You received an incorrect item.

If the issue is confirmed, SLVY may send a replacement product at no additional product cost.
What Is Not Eligible for a Return or Replacement?
The following situations are generally not eligible for returns, exchanges, or replacements:

- You changed your mind after placing the order.
- The product does not fit as expected when the correct size was ordered.
- You no longer want the item.
- The product has been worn, washed, used, or altered.
- The item has been opened or applied to the body.
- Damage caused by improper use, washing, storage, or handling.
- Minor differences in color caused by different screens or lighting.
- Normal wear and tear after use.
- Temporary tattoos that have already been applied or opened.
Because our products are intimate and personal-use items, we are unable to accept non-returnable lingerie simply because of a change in preference or fit.
How to Report a Quality Issue
If you believe your order has a quality problem, please contact our customer service team promptly after delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:
- Your order number.
- A brief description of the problem.
- Clear photos showing the issue.
- Photos of the product and packaging when relevant.
Please do not wear, wash, alter, or otherwise use the product after discovering a suspected quality issue.
Our team will review the information and determine whether the issue qualifies for a replacement.
Wrong Item Received
If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, please contact us before using or wearing the product.
After confirming the issue, we will work with you to provide an appropriate solution, which may include sending the correct item.
Size Selection
Because we do not normally accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, please check the size chart carefully before ordering.
We recommend measuring yourself and comparing your measurements with the product-specific size guide rather than relying only on your usual clothing size.

Products such as lingerie, panties, teddy bodysuits, babydolls, and other intimate apparel come into direct contact with the body. Once these products have been worn or used, we cannot guarantee that they meet the hygiene standards required for resale.
For this reason, eligible quality issues are handled through replacement or another appropriate solution rather than standard returns whenever possible.
