How long does shipping take?

How can I track my order?
After your order ships, we will send you a tracking number by email. You can use it to follow your package until delivery.
Why is my package delayed?
Shipping delays may happen because of customs, weather, carrier issues, holidays, or incorrect address information. Please check your tracking details first, then contact us if you need help.
Can I return my order?
For hygiene reasons, certain intimate items may not be eligible for return once opened, worn, washed, or removed from their original packaging. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within the required return window.
What items cannot be returned?
Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, altered, or removed from hygiene protection may not be accepted for return. Final sale items, panties, bodysuits, hosiery, and accessories may also be excluded depending on the product condition and local regulations.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

Will my order be shipped in discreet packaging?
Yes. SLVY orders are shipped in plain outer packaging whenever possible. The outside of the package will not display product photos or obvious discreet packaging lingerie descriptions.
Will the shipping label show what I purchased?
No product details will be shown on the outer shipping label. However, required shipping information such as recipient name, address, and customs information for international orders may still appear as required by carriers or local customs.
Is the packaging private enough for shared addresses?
We design our packaging to be discreet and privacy-conscious. If you live with family, roommates, or in a shared building, your package should arrive in a plain outer mailer or box without revealing the contents.
How do I choose my lingerie sizing?
Please check the size guide on each product page before ordering. Because lingerie styles may vary by fabric, stretch, and cut, we recommend comparing your bust, waist, and hip measurements with the product-specific size chart.
What if I am between sizes?
If you are between sizes, consider the style and fabric. For adjustable straps or stretchy lace, either size may work depending on your preferred fit. For bodysuits or less stretchy pieces, sizing up may feel more comfortable.

We recommend hand washing lace lingerie in cold water with mild detergent. Avoid bleach, harsh rubbing, and machine drying.
Can I machine wash SLVY lingerie?
For delicate pieces such as lace teddies, lingerie sets, panties, hosiery, and mesh styles, hand washing is recommended. If machine washing is necessary, use a laundry bag and gentle cycle.
How do I keep lace from getting damaged?
Avoid rough surfaces, sharp jewelry, high heat, and aggressive twisting. Air dry your lingerie flat or hang it gently away from direct sunlight.
